HISTORY
Daverio1933 represents a brand born from the hands of the artist and sculptor Franco Daverio, who in that year made the first copper jewel giving rise to an artistic tradition that lasts for three generations.

In the early '80s, Luca Daverio opened the first boutique-atelier in Bergamo, collecting his father's inheritance and specializing in the creation of jewel-sculptures. In those years, the showroom became a must for the lovers of artistic jewelry. Those early works were distributed in Italy and abroad, where they were appreciated and marketed in the '90s.
Thanks to recognitions obtained, in '96 the brand opened its own store in Barcelona, exporting and introducing its unique creations to the refined connoisseurs of Castilian jewels. In those years the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, recognized the importance of Franco Daverio's works, acquiring four graphic works by the artist which became part of the MACBA permanent collection.
