Shipping is free for orders over 500 euros. When ordering products via e-commerce, you will receive a receipt that will be included outside the packaging of your jewel. Our jewels are delivered in a gift box with a personalized jewel guarantee certificate included with the name and date that you kindly want to provide us.

Delivery timeframe: since on our website there are listed both jewels that are available and some that can be preordered the timeframe changes. In the first case, if the jewel is already in stock it will take 2 to 7 working days from the date the order is confirmed. In the second scenario the jewel can take up to 15 to 30 days to be completed and shipped to destination.
